With Prince Harry now safely back from the South Pole, Cressida Bonas is no doubt eager to make up for lost time while her boyfriend was away.
But can it be that the 25-year-old former dance student and the Army Captain, 28, are soon to be hearing the pitter patter of tiny feet in his apartment at Kensington Palace?
Cressie was snapped last week (top) clutching a book titled, ‘Why Love Matters’ and it’s all about how love shapes a baby’s brain at the earliest stages:
“Sue Gerhardt considers how the earliest relationship shapes the baby’s nervous system, with lasting consequences, and how our adult life is influenced by infancy despite our inability to remember babyhood,” promises Amazon of the book.
Cressida and Harry have been together for roughly sixteen months now and she’s widely considered to be ‘the one’.
Lads in the British Army are strongly encouraged by their superiors to marry as soon as possible – because having a wife and children at home keeps them out of bars and out of trouble.
And, after Captain Wales’ ill-fated jaunt to Las Vegas last year, I can only presume that the Palace are also encouraging the fourth-in-line to the throne to settle down.
Cressida’s perfect for Harry – she’s blue-blooded, discreet and neither a potential Diana nor a Sarah Ferguson. And, she’s happy and cool enough to tag along when Harry goes off to music festivals or high-end black-tie dinners and certainly knows how to mind her Ps and Qs at either event.
I wonder why she’s reading that baby book though?
Either another Royal Wedding’s on the cards for next year followed swiftly by babies or she’s sneakily boning up ahead of a Royal Christmas at Sandringham to impress Kate Middleton with baby talk.
I’m hoping it’s the former.
‘Wouldn’t it be fabulous if Haz gets Crez up the duff while they’re having reunited sex after the South Pole jaunt and she has to race up the aisle in February?
- I can see it happening, can’t you?
