Blake Lively wasn’t going to be reined in by marriage, chained to the kitchen sink and keeping her money-maker covered up for Mr. Reynold’s eyes only. The Gossip Girl and face of Gucci Premiere loaned her various talents to the 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief where she introduced an acoustic performance by Chris Martin (somewhere Gwyneth is sharpening her tuning fork).
The newlywed actress didn’t disappoint in a scarlet leather mini dress from Isabel Marant’s Spring 2013 collection I just love the detail in this dress but I do wish she had gone for a looser ‘boyfriend t-shirt’ fit. It would have been acres cooler.
Blake went into her personal stockroom of Christian Louboutin heels and emerged with nude caged booties, which worked surprisingly well.
Black or metallic would have been the obvious choice so bravo to Lively for taking a risk.
Those gams just don’t know how to quit, but I wish she’d pull out whatever is holding her hair back, turn her head upside down and shake it out for an extra little jolt of rock-chic.

She does. I’ve interviewed her trainer before and she doesn’t work out craaazy amounts either. 40 mins, three times a week.
Also. I LOVE, LOVE, Love, love, love that dress. It looks better on her than on the model.
