KRISTEN STEWART AND ROBERT PATTINSON RIDE THE NEW YEAR IN TOGETHER ON THE LONDON UNDERGROUND

After spending last week apart, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been reunited in London in time for New Year.

The 22-year-old Los Angeles-born actress flew to the UK last Thursday and eagle-eyed twitter users have been reporting that the couple were with friends on the London underground yesterday.

According to the tweeter, the two alighted at Victoria station with two “American pals”, which actually fits with R-Patz’s M.O. when he’s in the British capital – he tends to just mooch around in a baseball cap and either no-one recognises him or they do and are too embarrassed to admit it.

What I genuinely wish for these two in 2013 is that they can finally leave all the craziness of Twilight and the mentalist fans and haters alike behind them and lead fairly low-key lives off camera.

And, fingers crossed, rather than become the next generation Angelina Jolie with Hollywood women yanking their husbands in the other direction as soon as they see Kristen loom into sight at industry events, she can put that whole tawdry episode with Rupert Sanders behind her having learned some valuable life lessons.
