With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, a lot of couples’ thoughts are turning towards tying the knot – with many people receiving engagement rings along with a card on the 14th February.
But, with the worldwide economy meaning that few of us can afford a wedding planner these days (they typically charge 15% of the final cost of the nuptials meaning it can run into thousands), how exactly do a newly-engaged couple set about planning their big day on their own – avoiding all the stress that so often comes with such a mammoth task?
Well, this Wedding App is a genius and, crucially, inexpensive new iPhone and Android app that helps you plan, organise and share everything you need to create your perfect wedding – all in one place and at the touch of a button.
AND we’ve got one Diamond Level app worth $1499 to give away (although the standard app starts at $299).
Even if you’re not getting married yourself, you can enter and give it to a friend who is as this app makes the perfect wedding gift.
So what do you do to enter? Just leave us a comment answering the following question (use your real email so we can contact the winner to give them download details). You can also email answers to enquiries@bohomoth.co.uk and mark it: Wedding Comp)
If you could invite one celebrity wedding guest (alive or dead) to your wedding, who would it be and why?
- I’d invite Elvis Presley so he could oversee the proceedings (who better than the King to oversee the vows?) and sing at the reception and have a few drinks with us afterwards.
We’ll let the winner know two weeks from now, have fun and you can enter as many times as you like.

I would invite George Strait so he can sing at our wedding! That would be great!
Getting married in November and I would like to invite Prince Harry to keep the bridesmaids occupied. Probably won’t though as Mum would behave appallingly and fight them for him. Not a good look for an older lady.
Hahaha!!
I would invite princess Diana because her wedding was spectacular and i would ask her to help me plan wedding to remember.I would also invite johnny depp but i might run off with him so i think it would just be princess di would get to meet the lovely Kate i’m sure di would be so proud of her sons choice of wife.
I would invite KEEF (Richards) because no one parties like Keef and he’d make me look good in comparison
My invitation would go to Rock Hudson. He was the epitome of old school Hollywood charm, handsome and beautifully dressed. That’s the sort of look and feel I want from the day.
I am entering for my brother and I think he would love for Stan Lee to be there. My brother was a HUGE comic book fan as an 80′s child and still is to this day. He has a comic book rack in the toilet for those special moments! He also had a pair of Spiderman pj’s when he was 8 but when he tried to stick to the wall after jumping off the top bunk and he didn’t stick, he sadly had to revert back to his Superman pj’s. I think he would like to speak to Stan Lee and see how he came up with the ideas for Spiderman, Xmen, Iron Man, Fantastic Four..etc!
He loves comics so much that I have designed his wedding save a date around a front of a comic book
I would invite John Cleese, and ask him helping me organize a fawlty towers style weeding
