I’ve been dying for new photographs of Kate Moss (who was meeting Sadie Frost for lunch in Primrose Hill over the weekend) because a friend and reader told me a story from the days of yore about her the other day.
0898 writes: “I was out for dinner with a stylist last week and we started talking about Kate Moss.
“Do you remember that cover she did for Vogue where she was holding the staff?
“Well, she was so trashed at the shoot that to get it finished in time they had to get two people to hold her up into the position the stylist wanted as she kept slumping over and then they had to photoshop them out at a later date.”
This is the cover they were talking about. Bless la Moss and her habit of, er getting Mossed.

I love looking at her working photos. There really is no one like her in print. Only she could come off regal and aloof and pixie sexy when she’s out of it.
