Oh dear. Victoria Beckham’s not going to be happy with this mock up of her as her Queen namesake that the Sunday Times have commissioned for the relaunch of their Style magazine this weekend.
They appear to have been working with a photograph from her pre-fash-un designer days and, whilst I’m sure she wouldn’t mind the concept of being crowned Queen Vic in theory, the extra poundage they’ve added will probably see her living on air and desperation for the next week at least.
It’s safe to say that ‘We are not amused’ will be the loud response echoing around the walls of Beckingham Palace this morning.
Posh is in good company- Kate Moss has been re-imagined as Queen Elizabeth II – complete with a dusting of white powder over her face and pre-botox wrinkles.
I’m sure that’s exactly how she appears after a night of getting well and truly mossed and it’s interesting to see how she’ll look circa 2045.
If it’s any consolation La Moss looks much better with Her Majesty’s hair than she does with Myra Hindley’s which she sported earlier this week whilst closing the Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week.
